BISMARCK, N.D. - CNBC says Bismarck's top places for jobs this year are Walmart, Aetna Insurance and Sanford Health.
From a nutritional aid or lab assistant to CNA, Leah Fisher says they can place you into any area in health care.
Bismarck and Fargo are both at the top for growing jobs and Fisher says that it's not a coincidence there's a Sanford Health in each city.
"We have clinical and non clinical roles, which makes us very unique" said Fisher.
Sanford employs about 3,400 people in the Bismarck area and has more than 300 open jobs available.
Fisher says North Dakota has a low unemployment rate that encourages people to move here, but there's more jobs than people to fill those positions.
She says, "We really want them to work here for us because we have really what it takes to take care of our employees and we want to grow them as well so, investing their future and growing them as individuals."
Fishers says Sanford is the largest private employer of the state and credits it to the high volume of current employees and the various job opportunities the hospital offers. For more information on how to apply for jobs go to sanfordhealth.jobs
