BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - The Department of Environmental Quality has added three bodies of water in North Dakota to the list of those with blue-green algae bloom advisories and warnings.

They include Blacktail Dam in Williams County, Horsehead Lake in Kidder County, and Larimore Dam in Grand Forks County.

That brings the number of advisories and warnings to 20 statewide.

People are advised to avoid swimming or drinking water from those spots and to keep pets away from the water.
