Settlement talks continue over civil case involving Atlas Power Data Center

WILLISTON, N.D. (KUMV) - Attorneys are still working on settling the terms of a settlement over noise complaints at a data center west of Williston.

Residents of Judson Township are seeking relief for excessive noise from Atlas Power over its data center.

In June, parties told Northwest District Court Judge Kirsten Sjue they would settle and not go to trial.

This week, attorneys say it could take a couple more months to complete the terms.
