Taco Bell opens in Williston

WILLISTON, N.D. (KUMV) - The most requested fast food restaurant in Williston finally opened its doors on Wednesday.

Taco Bell owners and city leaders celebrated the opening of the fast-food establishment with a ribbon-cutting in the morning.

The restaurant was first announced in May 2022, but construction costs and inflation led to delays.

City leaders remained insistent that it would eventually come.

A groundbreaking ceremony was held in May.

Taco Bell is located at Williston Square by Genesis and Slim Chickens.

It is the latest chain establishment opening in Williston, coming after Jersey Mikes, Starbucks and Noodles and Company.
