Lane modifications announced for Highway 2 construction project

WILLISTON, N.D. (KUMV) - The North Dakota Department of Transportation is making temporary changes as construction continues at the 2nd Avenue and 26th Street intersection in Williston.

For the next week, traffic on the eastbound and southbound portions of Highway 2 will be narrowed into single lanes. Crews are closing the right-turn and through lanes for manhole work and to set up traffic control.

Construction work is expected to wrap up in October, with the final touches being completed next June.
