Williston woman facing 10 felonies involving drug possession, child neglect

WILLISTON, N.D. (KUMV) - A Williston woman was arrested last week and charged with 10 felonies, including possessing meth and child neglect.
Police were called to search Keeley Muse’s apartment after the property manager provided video evidence of people coming in and out of Muse’s room at various times of the day. Police said they found several pieces of drug paraphernalia containing residue of meth, fentanyl and marijuana.
Court documents indicated Muse had three underaged children in the residence, with the youngest in the room that housed drugs.
Muse was charged with three counts of child neglect and child endangerment, two counts of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of maintaining a property for the use, storage, or sale of controlled substances. All are class C felonies. Muse is also charged with a misdemeanor possession of controlled substance and infraction for unlawful possession.
Muse was found guilty of possession of meth in 2020.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 6.
