A Las Vegas man who served roughly eight months for his role in trafficking a group of girls to Minot in 2015 is back in custody in North Dakota on accusations he violated his probation several times in Nevada.

Twenty-one-year-old Kevin Fleming pleaded guilty last February to human trafficking.

Investigators say that, between March and June of this year, Fleming committed six probation violations. They say he viewed pornography, possessed cell phones without permission, and illegally visited a casino.

Investigators also say Fleming contacted a jail inmate in Nevada without permission, failed to follow Nevada’s probation rules, and did not pay court-ordered fees to Ward County.

Fleming had served his trafficking sentence in Nevada concurrently with a separate conviction.

Fleming appeared in court Tuesday. No future hearing dates are set.
