Beanstalk Flower Farm brings fresh arrangements to Williston

WILLISTON, N.D. (KUMV) - A Williston woman takes growing flowers to a new level.

Chelsey Bean-Anderson owns Beanstalk Flower Farm.

It’s in its fifth season, offering fresh-grown arrangements. She said each one is unique.

“I want them to be like that; I want them to be natural, and sometimes the flowers aren’t perfect, and that’s another one of my favorite things about them, like sometimes the stems are wonky and I just work with that,” said Bean-Anderson.

She is hoping to add a “you-pick” option in the future.
