ND's eight commercial service airports all broke records in August

BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - All eight of North Dakota’s commercial service airports reported record-breaking numbers for August.

The state Aeronautics Commission recorded more than 108,000 passenger boardings, which surpasses the previous August record of nearly 104,000 passengers in 2014.

All eight airports saw increased traffic compared to this month last year, reflecting year-over-year growth of more than 12,000 passengers, or a 13 percent increase.
