BISMARCK, N.D. (KMOT) - The North Dakota Supreme Court rejected a second appeal in the 2022 killing of a man in Minot.
Regina Goodale appealed her conviction of accomplice to murder in the death of her husband Wade Goodale.
Regina appealed the jury instructions and evidence, the fact that it was a joint trial with co-defendant Mathew Anderson, and her sentence.
In a ruling filed this week, the Supreme Court upheld the decisions of the lower court, the verdict, and the sentence.
Last month, the high court affirmed the conviction for Anderson, who is serving a life sentence for murder.
Regina is serving 35 years in prison.
