Democratic-NPL endorses Tim Lamb for State Auditor

BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - On Thursday The North Dakota Democratic-NPL endorsed Grand Forks attorney Tim Lamb for State Auditor.

The Democratic-NPL says Lamb is a 20-year Army veteran who retired at the rank of Major. Lamb left active duty to attend UND Law School.

They said when Lamb ran in the 2022 election for Attorney General, he was one of the first to call for an independent special prosecutor to investigate Wayne Stenejhem’s deleted emails.

“In a one-party state where all levels of government, from the legislature to the governor, to all state offices, are under control of one party, the duties of the state auditor become essential to maintaining honest and transparent governance,” said Lamb.
