Florida man arrested, accused of killing man, 2 children in Divide County crash

A Florida man accused of killing three people in a crash in Divide County has been arrested and is being held on a $15,000 bond.
Court documents say William Koehler was driving on Highway 5 when he rear-ended another vehicle that was stopped at a construction site. One adult and two children died in the crash.
The document goes onto say that after the crash, Koehler admitted to law enforcement he had been using his phone right before the crash took place.
Koehler faces three counts of felony manslaughter. He is due back in court next month.
