Coal rail car fire early Saturday morning

An early morning fire left a rail car damaged. Mandan fire department responded to a call of a smoldering fire of a BNSF railway car.
The car was carrying coal and an undetermined ignition source sparked the fire.
Mandan Fire Department had 15 firefighters on standby for more than four hours.
The fire is still under investigation.
