68-year-old woman crashes vehicle into Lignite Energy Council office in Bismarck

An accident at the Lignite Energy Council office on Owens Avenue left damage to the building this afternoon.
A 68-year-old female drove her 2009 Hyundai car into the Associations Office Center.
Police say a medical issue caused her to lose control, the woman thought she blacked out.
No one was injured, and there was no violation given at the scene. The accident will go to the city attorney for review.
