Sweet Pea and White Bean Puree


1.5 cups of sweet peas (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup white beans (cannellini, great northern, white kidney, etc)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 T olive oil
2 T lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper


Everything into food processor.

Blend until smooth.

Taste, adjust seasoning. (more lemon juice, more salt, etc.)

Use as a spread for sandwiches, dip for chips or vegetables, etc.
