Simple Cracker


2 cup flour (+ more for dusting)
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1T +2tsp sugar
1/2 cup cold butter (cubed)
2/3 cup cold water


2/3 cup cold water

All dry ingredients into food processor, pulse to combine

Add cubed butter and pulse until course cornmeal or pea sized

Slowly drizzle in water until mixture comes together

Roll out on work surface to desired thickness (about 1/4”, dusting with flour to prevent sticking)

Using biscuit cutter, cookie cutter, or knife, cut desired cracker shape
Bake at 350 on parchment lined sheet tray until done (about 20 minutes)
