Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Garlic + Chive Goat Cheese spread



Ingredients

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

2 cloves garlic
2 cups chickpeas (cooked)
1tsp salt
1/4 cup tahini
2T lemon juice
1/2tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
3oz roasted red peppers
1T water
1T olive oil
Add everything but water and olive oil to a food processor
Slowly process until smooth
Add Water and olive oil to thin out as needed


Garlic + Chive Goat Cheese spread

8oz goat cheese
2 cloves garlic
2T minced chives
1tsp salt

Directions

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Add everything but water and olive oil to a food processor

Slowly process until smooth

Add Water and olive oil to thin out as needed




Garlic + Chive Goat Cheese spread

Puree all in food processor

Taste and season (more garlic, more salt, etc, personal preference)

Serve with pita chips or veggies
