Renita's Pumpkin Sweet Potatoes


2 large sweet potatoes
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon coconut palm sugar
3 tablespoons pumpkin oil/avocado
1/2 tablespoon Himalayan salt


Wash, slice potatoes 1/4 inch thick, use cookie cutter.
Brush with oil, sprinkle with palm sugar, pie spice, salt
Bake at 400 for 20 min.
