Renita's Day After Thanksgiving Salad



Ingredients

1 cup quinoa (optional)
2 cups chopped turkey
1 package of leafy greens
1 chopped apple
1/2 cup gouda, feta, or goat cheese
2 stalks of celery
1/2 dried cranberries or pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

Directions

Top with your favorite vinaigrette/raspberry vinaigrette.
