Quinoa Falafel



Ingredients

Quinoa Falafel

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups cooked cooked quinoa
• 1 cup chickpea (pureed)
• 1 egg
• 2 T flour (or flour alternative)
• Cumin, Sumac, Cayenne, chopped parsley to taste
• Salt and Pepper

Directions

METHOD:
• Mix first three ingredients
• Slowly add flour until desired consistency
• Season
• Form Balls, or patties
• Fry until Golden Brown

Serve Immediately, in pita, on salad, with an egg, with Tahini Dressing.
