Ingredients

Renita's Protein Pumpkin Oatmeal Pancakes

1/2 cup Daisy cottage cheese
1 Tbsp honey
3 egg whites, 1 whole egg
1/4 cup organic pumpkin
3/4 cup quick oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp coconut oil or EVOO

Blend ingredients
Pour in pan until bubbles appear. Flip. Enjoy!

Cheese Stick Pepperoni Rollups

Cheese stick
Nitrate free pepperoni
Salsa or pizza sauce
Organic crescent rolls
Roll together and bake for 12 minutes at 350
