Course Ground Mustard


1/2 cup mustard seeds
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup amber beer (or ipa)
1.5 T maple syrup
1.5 tsp turmeric
3/4 tsp salt
warm water as needed


Combine all ingredients except warm water in non-reactive bowl, cover and let stand for at least 12 hours.

Put the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Add water to thin out as needed.

Adjust salt as needed.
