Chef Tyler's spinach pesto


• 2 cups spinach (loose packed)
• 1/2 cup basil
• 2T chive chopped
• 1 large clove garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup toasted nuts (almonds, walnuts, pistachio)
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• Lemon juice to taste
• Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Combine greens and toasted nuts in food processor
2. While running, slowly drizzle in oil, (stop and scrape as needed)
3. Taste and Season
4. Use as dip, spread, pasta sauce, etc.
