Chef Tyler's Wild Rice Salad



Ingredients

• 2 cups wild rice (dry uncooked rice)
• 1 cup dried cherry
• 1 cup sliced almonds
• 1/4 cups diced chive or scallion
• 2T chopped parsley
• salt and pepper to taste
• vinaigrette

Cherry Lemon Vinaigrette
• 1/4 cup lemon juice,
• 1/4 cup White Wine Vinegar
• 1/4 cup cherry juice
• 1 shallot,
• 1 tsp salt,
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 2 1/4 cup Veg oil
