Chef Tyler's Tabbouleh



Ingredients

• 1 cup bulgur wheat, uncooked (can sub quinoa, brown rice, couscous)
• 2 cups chopped fresh parsley
• 2 cups chopped/shredded kale (dino, curly, purple)
• 2 cups chopped tomato
• 1/2 cup chopped red onion
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• Optional 1 cup pomegranate ariels or dried cranberries

Directions

Blend together, eat and enjoy!
