Ingredients

-Pie Crust (part baked)
-Roasted Asparagus
-Sauteed Leeks
-Parmigiano Cheese (for grating)

Custard Base
• 2 whole eggs
• 1 egg yolk
• 8 oz whole milk, 1/2 and 1/2 OR heavy cream
• salt and white pepper to taste
