Chef Tyler's Sausage Stuffed Acorn Squash



Ingredients

Acorn Squash (halved and seeded and roasted until tender)
1# pork sausage
2 cups of Veggie Mix finely chopped (i.e. onion, celery, carrot, mushroom)
1 cup apple (chopped)
1 cup kale (ribboned)
1 T fresh sage, minced
1 tsp fresh rosemary minced
1 egg (beaten)
1 cup parmesan
