Chef Tyler's Sambuca Citrus Braised Fennel for Pork


• olive oil
• fennel bulb, thinly sliced
• yellow onion, thinly sliced
• pitted kalamatas
• orange slices
• sambuca
• S&P


1. Sweat fennel and onion until translucent
2. Add olives, orange slices and sambuca
3. season with salt and pepper
4. Simmer until VERY tender
5. Serve with Pork (chops/tenderloin)
