Chef Tyler's Rhubarb Simple Syrup


• 8oz rhubarb
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup water


1. Add all ingredients to sauce pot, bring to boil
2. Reduce to simmer, and cook for 20 minutes, until rhubarb is very tender
3. Strain liquid, and cool.
4. Use as desired (spritzer, cocktail, etc!)
