Chef Tyler's Farro with Peas and Parm


• 1 clove garlic minced
• 2 lemons juiced
• olive oil
• salt and pepper
• 1/2 cup Farro, cooked and cooled (can substitute barley, brown rice, any grain)
• peas (sugar snap sliced, and/or frozen peas, thawed)
• thin sliced radish (to taste)
• 1 cup of loose packed baby greens (arugula, kale, etc)
• Pea shoots
• GOOD Parm or Pecorino
• lemon zest


Zest with lemon and enjoy!
