Chef Tyler's Carrot Top Pesto


-Fresh Garlic
-Nuts/Seeds of choice, suggest pine nuts, walnuts, or sunflower seeds
-Fresh carrot tops
-Fresh basil leaves
-Finely grated parmesan
-Extra Virgin Olive Oil


• Pulse garlic and nuts in processor until paste forms
• Add basil, parm and carrot tops, process
• Add olive oil, process until desired consistency
• Season with salt and pepper
