Chef Trevor's Veggie Fried Rice




Cook white rice according to packaging
(Usually 1part rice to 2 parts boiling water cover and simmer for 20 minutes)

While rice is cooking saute Onion, carrot, green onion and ginger in seseme oil and vegetable oil.

When veggies are tender combine with the rice add soy sauce to taste (about 1/4 cup soy sauce per quart of finished rice.)

Mix well, lay out on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
