12 eggs separated
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 lb. Butter (room temperature)
3 lbs. Confectioners sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 tsp. Ground nutmeg
1 tsp. Ground cloves
DirectionsBeat egg whites and salt together until soft peaks form.
Beat butter and confectioners sugar together in separate bowl until light and fluffy.
Add egg yolks and vanilla to butter mixture. Mix well.
Stir in nutmeg, cloves and egg whites.
Dollop on top of hot drinks.
