Chef Trevor's Prosciutto Primavera
Drop linguini in salted boiling water. Cook for 8 minutes stirring occasionally. While pasta is cooking, in a separate pan, combine olive oil, onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, squash and thinly sliced prosciutto ham. Saute over medium high heat until prosciutto starts to get a little crispy. Add minced garlic, broccoli and white wine. Cook for 1 minute then add cream. At this point strain pasta (Do Not Rinse) and add it to the other pan. Cook until cream thickens. Remove from heat, add pesto to taste and enjoy. Don't forget the s&p.
