Chef Trevor's Poutine



Ingredients

Roux:
Melt equal parts bacon grease and butter
Stir in enough flour to make a smooth paste

Gravy:
Water
Beef and chicken boulion to taste
Montreal seasoning
Black pepper

Directions

Bring to a boil
Add roux gradually until gravy thickens
Pour over fries and cheese curds

Spend the next week at the gym trying to burn it off!
