Chef Trevor's Parmesan Peppercorn Tuna



Ingredients

Chef Trevor's Parmesan Peppercorn Tuna

8oz tuna steak
2 Tbls grated Parmesan
1 tsp coarse black pepper
1 Tbls olive oil

1/4 cup fresh spinach
1/2 radish sliced very thin
1 Tbls prepared quinoa
1/2 Tbls olive oil

Directions

Coat tuna in Parmesan peppercorn blend, sear in olive oil over medium high heat for two minutes per side, rest and slice.
