Ingredients

Chef Trevor's Grilled Veggie Salad

3 cups fresh spinach and arugula
6 oz. chicken breast

Veggies:
Carrot, zucchini, yellow squash, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomato
2 Tbsp. cooked quinoa
Olive oil
Salt & pepper

Dressing:
2 parts Dijon mustard
1 part balsamic vinegar
1 part honey

Tropical Spinach Smoothie:
( two 8 oz. Servings)
1 c. White grape juice
1 c. Fresh spinach
1/4 c. Pineapple
1/4 c. Frozen mango
1/2 c. Frozen guava nectar
