Chef Trevor's Fish Tacos



Ingredients

Grill mahi mahi 5 to 6 minutes per side.

Coleslaw

1/2 head shredded cabbage
1 shredded carrot
3 green onions
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1 jalapeno
1/౩ cup mayo
Splash lime juice
1 TBL salt
1 tsp cummin
1/2 tsp cayenne

Directions

Fried Rice

Cook white rice according to package
Add 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1/8 cup oil to 1 quart cooked rice. Put rice on a sheet pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
