6 to 8 oz pounded chicken breast
1 oz thin sliced ham
1 piece Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp s&p
2 Tbls flour

Wash:
1 egg
1 tbl honey mustard
1 tsp whole grain mustard
1/4 cup buttermilk

Breading:
2 parts Italian bread crumbs
1 part panko
