Batter: Milk, Lemon Juice,
Beer, Egg, Cajun Style Seasoning

Walleye (Or Any Lake Or River Fish)
All Purpose Breading
Soy Bean Oil
Frying Pan
Tartar Sauce/Lemon/Parsley

Baked Catfish:

Catfish Fillet
All Purpose Breading
Pan Spray
Zip Lock Baggie
Sheet Pan for Oven

Directions

All fish should be cooked to 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
