-1 WASHED AND PEELED CARROT (1/8IN DICE)
-2 WASHED CELERY STALKS (1/8IN DICE)
-1 PEELED SMALL YELLOW ONION (1/8IN DICE)
-1/4 CUP MELTED UNSALTED BUTTER
