Chef Tyler's Maple Chipotle Pumpkin Pie


• Pumpkin puree (preferably homemade, but canned works)
• Maple syrup
• Chipotle powder (or other chili powder)
• Salt
• Pecans (optional)
• Pie Crust
• Egg wash


1. Combine first 5 ingredients, season to taste (I like mine w/ a little kick)
2. Roll out pie crust into circle
3. Scoop filling into pie crust
4. Fold, crimp, egg wash, dust with chili powder
5. Bake at 350 until golden brown
