Chef Tyler's Kimchi Fried Rice


• sesame oil
• Veggies of choice (cabbage, zucchini, onion, etc)
• Protein of choice (Chinese sausage, tofu, chicken, etc)
• kimchi (chopped)
• sriracha
• rice wine vin
• 1 cup day old rice


• Sautee veggies and protein in oil
• Add kimchi, stir
• Make a well, add sriracha, vinegar and rice
• Stir to combine/even coat
• Cook on high heat, until rice gets sticky w/ a bit of texture
