Chef Tyler's Honey Couscous Salad


• Honey
• White wine vinegar
• salt and pepper
• Shallot
• Salad oil

• Cooked couscous
• Raisins
• Chopped almonds
• Red onion (small diced)
• Chopped parsley


1. First four ingredients in blender, slowly drizzle in oil
2. Cook couscous to package instruction. Lightly rinse.
3. Add chopped almonds, raisins, onions, and parsley, and vinaigrette to taste
4. Taste, season, taste, chill at least an hour before serving.

Suggestions: toss with arugula, or spinach, and reserve vinaigrette. Add bacon crumbles, or pulled chicken for a protein boost!
