BISMARC, N.D. - We're bringing you something new on North Dakota Today with help from one of our new team members at KFYR. Our morning co-anchor Hope Sisk recently became a mom. In a new weekly segment, Homegrown with Hope, she is setting out to help others embarking on the parenthood journey.
Hope says she is grateful for the advice, support and encouragement she has received from North Dakotans eager to help others navigate their way through these sleep-deprived chapters of life. So, she'd like to pay it forward by sharing the resources and inspiring stories that help parents across the state raise their children to be healthy, happy and strong.
Follow Hope and her four-month-old, Lucy, every Monday as they share the lessons they are learning, introduce you to programs you may not have known about, and highlight other parents who give us hope. Homegrown with Hope aims to create a community your family can turn to for support, comfort and inspiration.
Hope would like your input as we share these stories every week. What questions do you have in raising your family? Who has inspired you along the way? If you have ideas, please email Hope at firstname.lastname@example.org or send us a message on our North Dakota Today Facebook page.
