On Feb. 1, Gov. Jack Dalrymple, R-N.D., announced that state agencies would be forced to forfeit 4.05 percent of their general fund budget.

The Department of Human Services will lose the most money at nearly $54 million. They will cut nearly $30 million dollars in medical assistance grants and more than $1.5 million in salaries.
