North Dakota State Fair Holds Redneck Relays

By  |

Folks out at the fair ran the Red Neck Relay this afternoon. Ten teams competed in a relay that had them doing various tasks, like the moonshine spit, the corn toss, carrying a watermelon covered in Crisco, and the classic wheelbarrow race.

This is a staple of the state fair and every participant gets a shirt to run the race in. It's just a good time to hang out with family and friends.

The wheelbarrow race was one challenge seemed to trip up the competitors more than any other.

The Fair has fun challenges going on all week. Schedules are up on the North Dakota State Fair website, www.ndstatefair.com
