A Dickinson man was in Stark County Court today after he was arrested in October for a June robbery.
Police say 37-year-old Patrick Lohan shot a man while he was trying to rob a small camper trailer located in Huether's Villa Trailer Court in June.
Police say Lohan was carrying a short-barreled shotgun when he knocked on a door and demanded money from the occupants. He fired four shots, hitting a man in the leg.
Lohan was finally arrested in Montana in October.
He was denied a bond reduction in court today and his lawyer requested a two-day trial in order to discuss new information with the county's state's attorney.
The trial is set for January.
