More than 100 volunteers are busy preparing for Care and Share at the Mandan Community Center.
Aid Incorporated and community volunteers are organizing food and toys for families in need.
With the food donated they will be able to prepare boxes for 425 families.
Wal-Mart provided all the food, and Toys for Tots donated 3,000 toys so families can take home two gifts per child.
"What we did this year, there is a change for Toys for Tots. Instead of us doing our own distribution we decided to network with other agencies to better provide to the families. So instead of just getting a toy, now you see they are going to get food, they are going to get clothing," said Michelle Charvat, Toys for Tots.
Families who were pre-qualified are able to attend Saturday to pick up two boxes of food and gifts.
