To help us get to know each other, I start with having a face-to-face meeting. You should be comfortable with the Realtor you work with.  Making sure we know each other, will make the process more enjoyable.  After all, finding your dream home should be easy and fun!
By sitting down with buyers and sellers and listening to not only your wants but focusing on your needs in a home, location, and price or understanding why you need to sell.
As a buyer, based on your needs, homes are hand-picked to suit you.  As a seller, I will help you market your home, by going to where the buyers are utilizing social media and listing platforms, outside the MLS and Private Client Services.
